On Friday, June 16 and Friday, June 30 at 1:00PM EASTERN, ACCSES will host a two-part Community of Practice that will provide participants an opportunity to learn, share, and brainstorm about strategies for maximizing funding opportunities.  Topics will include: taking an inventory of potential funding sources; effective braiding, blending and sequencing of funding; creative review of service definitions; designing staffing and program structure to match and maximize funding; seeking foundation funding; financial strategic planning; bringing key players to the planning table; evaluating return on investments; setting up and monitoring meaningful cost centers; and educating middle-level managers in creative financial planning.

This two-part Community of Practice will be led by Department of Labor NEON Subject Matter Experts, Rachel Pollock, Senior Policy Advisor and General Counsel for JobPath in New York City, and Jeannine Pavlak, CEO of New England Business Associates (NEBA) in Springfield, Massachusetts.
