For a Webinar focused on A Direct Support Professional Strategy

In honor of National Apprenticeship Week 2024, ACCSES will host an interactive webinar on Thursday, November 21 at 1:00 p.m. EASTERN led by our friend and lead NEON Subject Matter Expert, J. Gibbs, the Apprenticeship Development and Alignment Coordinator for the Institute for Community Inclusion at the University of Massachusetts, Boston.  This webinar will share details on a career pathway strategy that J. has been working on with the State of Missouri to develop a registered apprenticeship program for direct support professionals.  J. took the lead on the ACCSES Apprenticeship Guide in 2023 and has presented several times at ACCSES conferences.  He also has direct experience as the CEO of a disability service provider.  He is our resident expert on apprenticeship, and we are delighted to welcome him back.
